Yazdaan Hussain is Managing Director for Lockhart Murphy.

His main responsibility is to direct and control the work and resources of the company and ensure the recruitment and retention of well-motivated staff to ensure that Lockhart Murphy achieves its growth mission and objectives.

In addition to this, Yazdaan is required to establish formal and informal links with major banks, agencies and customers, alongside the sales and operations directors.

As the principal of the company, he is required to make sure the business is controlled effectively and ensure the business complies with the relevant requirements and standards of the regulatory system.

Before joining Lockhart Murphy, Yazdaan had been surrounded by family members who were directly and indirectly associated with mortgage finance/real estate. It therefore made sense for Yazdaan to continue with the tradition and become a mortgage and protection advisor.

Having excelled for his previous firm, it was time to start his own venture, joining forces with James and Sam.

Outside of work, Yazdaan enjoys sports, music, traveling and all things business.
